Completed in 2017, this renovation of a historic home seamlessly blends the old with the new. The footprint remained mostly unchanged while an unusable basement area was excavated to add the necessary height to gain an additional bedroom and entertainment room. The main level was reimagined to add modern functionality without losing the historic character.
